50’ Arctic explorer
side view
specification
This yacht was designed for the most demanding sailing conditions on uncharted waters of Arctic and Antarctic. Despite moderate size the yacht can be used in very long passages and is suitable for wintering in ice. Unlike other vessels of this type characterized by ‘conservative’ design approach the Arctic explorer features modern lines. The robust aluminium hull has been designed to ISO and IACS rules. The deck layout and rig is specified by simplicity and functionality.
